A personal record.
Under your control.
What is saved
Your account holds the measurements you save, capture dates, method labels, notes, and, for completed 3D captures, an estimated body mesh with photo-derived appearance detail. Your private profile saves your date of birth, height, optional sex for estimates, units, and result preferences. New check-ins retain age at capture and reference preferences, without copying your full date of birth. Records are stored in the service database; mesh files are stored separately and protected by account authorization.
Photo processing
Your original photo is processed on your device only after you consent. The original image is not uploaded or stored by this application. The derived body model includes a photo texture that can retain face, skin, hair, and clothing details; it is personal data and is saved privately with your measurements, notes, and capture-quality summary. Unseen regions use a neutral material. Optional composition estimates use your profile’s age and sex on your device. Age at capture, optional sex, and reference preferences are saved with each check-in. Your full date of birth stays in your private profile. Processing resources are served by this site and may be cached on your device. Analysis and reconstruction run in workers restricted to this site’s origin. Cancelling or leaving the scan page stops processing and releases the photo. Daily averages are calculated from your saved scans in the browser’s calendar time zone. Individual records remain available and are not replaced by averages.
Trainer and research workspaces
You can accept an email-restricted invitation to a trainer or research workspace. Accepting does not expose your history. In Sharing, choose the completed check-ins you want the organizer to see. Shared data includes capture dates and selected body composition and body measurements. Original photos, 3D models, date of birth, private notes, and unselected records remain private. Each workspace has its own sharing selection. The organizer can download reports and CSV files containing shared results.
Research workspaces use participant codes in place of names in rosters and exports. The service still stores the invitation email to restrict access; coded records are pseudonymous and are not guaranteed anonymous. Organizers are responsible for their study-specific consent documents, oversight, permitted use, and retention arrangements. The service provides wellness estimates and does not provide ethics approval or establish clinical validity.
Removing a shared check-in stops future workspace access to it. Withdrawing, or being archived by the organizer, removes shared links, workspace notes, and scheduled visits. Your own records remain in your account. Previously downloaded files cannot be recalled. New check-ins remain private until you select them for sharing. Contact the organizer about any data they have exported. Workspace billing and a separate personal subscription are independent.
Browser preferences
Your preferred measurement units are saved in this browser when storage is available. Your default units are also saved in your profile. Full date of birth is not saved in browser storage or included in PDF reports.
Membership
Stripe handles payment details. movisionlabs stores customer and subscription identifiers, membership status, period end dates, and compact signed payment receipts. These billing records are separate from your body records. It does not store card numbers. Stripe processes payments and provides billing receipts and membership management.
Export and deletion
Download your records from Account in your workspace. You can delete individual records or all saved body records, including your profile, there. You can also remove only your profile from the profile editor; existing check-ins retain their capture-time context. Deleting body records does not cancel your membership; Manage membership opens Stripe's customer portal.
Your account access
Your saved results are private to your account unless you explicitly share selected check-ins with a workspace. Downloaded PDF reports are generated on your device. You decide who to share them with. Membership availability is shown on the membership page.
