A little guidance.
A clearer next step.
Practical answers for your first capture, your saved records, and your account.
How do I get a useful capture?
Use one clear, front-facing photo. Wear close-fitting, opaque clothing and use even light with a plain background. Keep the camera level near waist height, show your head and feet, and keep your arms slightly away from your sides. Your saved profile supplies your calibration details.
Which photos work?
Choose a JPG, PNG, or WebP under 25 MB, at least 300 × 600 pixels. Export HEIC images as JPG first. A recent computer with an up-to-date browser is recommended.
Why does the first capture take longer?
Your first capture downloads processing resources. Use Wi-Fi and keep the tab open. Your browser may cache these resources for later captures. If it cannot finish, close memory-heavy apps or try a recent computer. You can cancel before saving.
Is my original photo stored?
The original photo stays on your device. Your private saved results include measurements, notes, and a body model with photo-derived face and clothing detail. Treat that model as personal data. You can export or delete your records in Account.
Which results do I get?
Body-fat percentage, fat mass, lean mass, waist, and waist-to-height ratio. Composition is optional and uses your saved profile. These are statistical wellness estimates, not clinical measurements. Lean mass is not muscle mass.
What happens if I scan more than once a day?
Each matching metric is averaged for that calendar day. The overview, body data, and reports use those daily averages. The chart connects averages and shows individual scans as smaller points; open the table to see exact values. Days use the browser’s time zone shown beneath the chart. Different capture methods are kept separate.
What does the teal area mean?
It highlights the waist measurement region on the neutral surface. It is not a body-fat heatmap. Photo detail shows the visible part of your photo; unseen areas stay neutral. You can switch the appearance or turn waist focus off.
How do I compare my body views?
Open Body data, select a completed check-in, and choose an earlier capture under Compare with. Use Side by side or Overlay and switch between front, side, and back views. Both shapes share one rest pose and physical scale. Body models show individual scans, not an average mesh.
Can I save a report?
Open Reports in your workspace and select a check-in. Choose Body report or Progress report, then Download PDF. Reports include your daily metric averages, applicable reference categories, notes, and available neutral body views. Progress reports add daily-average trend charts with individual points. Print is also available.
How do I manage a membership?
Open Account and select Manage membership. Stripe handles payment details, receipts, invoices, and cancellation. You can cancel anytime; access continues through your paid period.
How do I export or delete my records?
Open Account to download your individual scan history or delete individual check-ins or all saved body records. Deleting records recalculates daily averages. It does not cancel a membership; manage membership separately.
